For children, the most extraordinary adventures often begin with a little imagination. Inspired by the untamed beauty of The Jungle Book, the Mogli Slide Playground by Circu Magical Furniture transforms a bedroom or playroom into a world of exploration. Combining playful architecture with the excitement of an indoor slide, it creates an environment where everyday moments become opportunities for discovery, movement, and adventure.
The Mogli Slide takes inspiration from the natural landscapes and adventurous spirit of Rudyard Kipling’s famous story. Its design brings together the feeling of an outdoor treehouse and the excitement of a jungle playground, inviting children to imagine themselves exploring a world beyond the walls of their home. Rather than simply introducing a play structure into the room, Circu creates an entire setting built around storytelling and discovery.
At the heart of the design is its impressive slide, rising almost three metres above the floor and creating an exciting route through the structure. The complete house and slide composition measures 598 centimetres in width, 290 centimetres in height, and 166 centimetres in depth, giving it the presence of a miniature indoor playground. Its generous proportions allow children to experience the excitement of active play without having to leave the comfort of home.
The Mogli Slide balances its adventurous concept with a carefully selected combination of materials. Matte walnut wood introduces warmth and a natural character, while matte lacquered surfaces bring a contemporary finish to the composition. Recycled polyethylene completes the material selection, contributing to the playful structure of the slide. Together, these elements create a design that feels connected to nature while maintaining the distinctive aesthetic of Circu’s children’s furniture.
Beyond its physical dimensions, the Mogli Slide offers something that cannot be measured: the freedom to invent new stories. A simple slide can become a jungle vine, a mountain descent, or the beginning of an imaginary expedition. By encouraging movement and creative play, the structure gives children the opportunity to create their own adventures, turning the playroom into a setting that evolves with their imagination.
The Mogli Slide Playground represents Circu’s vision of children’s interiors, where furniture and play equipment become part of a larger imaginative world. Handmade in Portugal and available in alternative finishes, it combines distinctive design with the excitement of childhood discovery. More than an indoor slide, it is an invitation to bring the outdoors inside, creating a space where every day can feel like another chapter in an extraordinary adventure.
