Radisson Hotel in Dubai adds a distinctive L shape to that skyline. With contemporary architecture, the design maximizes the sea views and the natural light, since its location is considered to be both coastal and city.
Having hospitality interior design and commercial interior design as their area of expertise, this impressive multi-task team takes pride in a monumental list of clients and a portfolio of 200 restaurants/bars and 100’s restaurants. A lifestyle hotel in Jumeirah, the Zabeel House demonstrates luxury, eclectic substances, and traditional motifs. These themes pair with highlight modern tastes, like wire mesh ceiling panels and concrete effect tiles, to provide an unforgettable guest experience.
LW Design was challenged to create an Italian restaurant at the Al Bandar Rotana hotel. Gusto – Al Bandar Rotana, Dubai is the only signature restaurant in the hotel, which has an outdoor terrace overlooking the Deira creek side and the Dubai Skyline. This elegant, romantic, and sophisticated space complements the spectacular views. The overall design was inspired by the Italian countryside but in a subtle and soft manner. This is a flexible restaurant capable of catering to larger groups as well as single businessmen.
Located in Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club on the banks of the majestic Dubai Creek, Park Hyatt Dubai provides an idyllic setting for a luxury getaway. LW Design creates a modern French brasserie inspired by the colors of the Deauville oceanfront. The objective was to create an interactive experience between the guests and the chefs where one feels part of the lively kitchen activities. It had to cater to all meal times and therefore should be light and airy yet still have a sophisticated ambiance.
In the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay district, close to the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, you can find the newly opened, five-star Steigenberger Hotel. This cosmopolitan hotel features a modern and minimalist design combined with German precision and efficiency. The interiors, designed by LW Design, offer a sense of space and continuity throughout. The color palette is inspired by cherry tree blossoms in the Himalayas, and the tones used are subtle yet trendy with plenty of creamy whites and greys.
The RM Villa is a tranquil Dubai villa. As a result, the house possesses a contained, calm and intimate family feeling. Created by LW Design, the courtyard is the key architectural organizational element providing visual relief and spatial hierarchy. The spatial experience can be transformed by opening the glazed floor-to-ceiling walls allowing views of the lush garden and linking interior and exterior space.
LW Design collaborates to create a Cantonese cuisine showpiece – Lai. A strong partnership between client Elements Management Group and LW Design has culminated in another dining offering. Lai, an upscale Chinese restaurant, is set in Ho Chi Minh, with stunning views over District One. This is particularly noticeable from the rooftop terrace, where the twinkling city lights dazzle diners. The concept is created around the many theatrical aspects of the Cantonese kitchen and also pays homage to the beautiful traditions of Chinese design.
LW Dubai team has completed a stunning interior scheme for the new Raffles Hotel in Shenzhen, China. The hotel, which features several spacious guestrooms and suites, occupies the top floors of a tower in the One Shenzhen Bay development. The LW Design team, headed up by Pia Sen, was tasked with creating a contemporary interior that pays respect to the Chinese culture in which it is set. Evident throughout is the connection between the spectacular views over the bay and the design.
