Alberto Pinto was born in Casablanca to Argentine parents and grew up in a multicultural environment. He studied at the “Ecole du Louvre” in Paris before moving to New York to open a photography studio. His photographic studio focused on interior design and décor. Pinto began working in interior design approximately four decades ago as a result of his interest on design. Cabinet Alberto Pinto’s interior design and decoration service was based in a 17th-century private property on Paris’ Place des Victoires.

Cabinet Alberto Pinto agency consists of 60 people who work on the design of large-scale and atypical places, such as private residences, corporations, hotels, yachts, and private jets. Notable projects include Oceanco’s YachtY708 and the Seaside Hotel Palm Beach, in Maspalomas. In addition to interior design, Cabinet Alberto Pinto had his own home collection, complete with furniture, tableware, table linen, and home accessories. Pinto also collaborated with many home and tabletop manufacturers such as Raynaud, Pierre Frey, THG, Ercuis, Aït Manos, and D. Porthault.
