The name Studio Giancarlo Valle isn’t really new in the interior design scene. Based in NYC, this amazing studio creates contemporary interiors based on the Italian renaissance ancestry and combines it with modern decorative arts, creating incredibly stylish and trendy contemporary interiors. The kids’ settings they create are unique, perfumed with classic nods to the past and rich and trendy textures.
The studio takes a holistic approach to each and every single project it takes on. No detail is left to chance when working with the passionate client portfolio they carefully curated, as the projects are playful, long-studied and refined, all at the same time.
Last year, the studio made its debut in the prestigious Architectural Digest’s AD 100 list, which celebrates the world’s best and brightest in the industry. Besides that, the studio has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, Vogue, W Magazine, and Christie’s Magazine. Giancarlo has also been recognized in AD100 France.
The studio also has an incredibly unique furniture collection. The collection as been presented at the Collective Design Fair, Design Miami in 2018 with Atelier Courbet, and at Salone del Mobile 2019 with Rossana Orlandi and is currently on view at our Tribeca showroom.
Giancarlo grew up in San Francisco, Chicago, Caracas, and Guatemala City, and received his Masters of Architecture from Princeton University.
