Laura Izumikawa is a photographer from Los Angeles, California, who found in motherhood a cute way of putting into practice her profession. Mother of little Joey Marie Choi, she takes her daughter’s sleeping time to make fun clicks of the cute baby wearing costumes that vary from iconic characters from the movies to popular series characters, singers, musicians and so on.
Nowadays, Laura has more than 300K followers on her Instagram. According to the photographer, the idea came while watching her baby sleep. “She slept so deeply that I thought it would be fun to put some props around her and send pictures of her wearing costumes to our parents and friends”, she explains.
