Paper Towel Butterflies
First of all gather some plain white paper towels, food coloring, and pipe cleaners. Mix the food coloring with water in separate bowls. Then, fold your paper towel a few times. Dip each corner of the folded paper towel into the colored water. (Don’t dip the paper towel too deep nor for too long.) After that, let the excess water drip back into the bowls, then open up the paper towel and lay flat to dry.
Once each paper towels dry, gather along the center of each paper towel, wrap a pipe cleaner around the center and twist the edges and even out the wings. In the end, you can hang them from the ceiling with string, pin them to the wall, or perch them on a desk.
Forest Finger Puppets
First, cut out the felt shapes into the animal shapes you want. Then, cut the other felt to make the faces of the animals. Thread the needle and start embroidering the faces. Sew together the front and back pieces. Create funny stories with one of these craft ideas for kids!

Cereal Box Mini Golf
Trace the box of cereal over a piece of green foam sheet. Then, cut out the rectangle and glue to the cereal box. Choose a spot for the hole near one of the corners. Cut a hole with ¾-inch in diameter through both the foam sheet and the cereal box.
On the other green craft sheet, cut out three strips: two strips the length of each side of the box and as tall as the box width plus an additional two or three inches, and one strip the length of the bottom of the box and as tall as the width plus an additional two or three inches. For the final strip, cut the length of the top of the box for about three inches wide. Draw and cut out some bumps across the top that will be the yard’s bushes.
Glue the bigger strips to the sides and bottom of the cereal box. Glue the last strip to the top of the box as shown. This strip is shorter so that you can access the inside of the box to remove the golf ball. The bushes act as barriers to make sure the golf ball doesn’t roll off the edge. Cut out water hazards and sand traps as you and glue them to the green foam sheet. For the flag, cut a diamond shape from the red paper and wrap around a barbecue stick and then insert it into the box.
For the balls, use the cereals!
Toilet Paper Roll Racers
First prepare a few toilet paper rolls. Give them colors by painting them. After, cut a hard cardboard to make the wheels (a large, minimum diameter of 4 cm). Paint he cardboard circles in black with acrylic paint, and after drying, glued them a small white circle of paper cutand attached them to the car using tacks. Cut a U-shape on cylinder and cut in half to make the car seat and windshield.
