Dolce and Gabbana have released their new Spring and Summer Collection filled with flower patterns, animal prints and bright colors. Heavily inspired by Italian traditions, this collection features clothes incorporating heritage details and traditional tailoring techniques into kids fashion, and even a ‘Mini Me’ category where children can match clothes with their parents.
The Girls section of the Spring and Summer Collection is filled with flowers, lace and haute couture. Some dresses have even been reimagined from the runaway. The collection also has a more relaxed and childish side with D&G printed shirts and dresses.
As for Dolce & Gabbana’s boys section, their kids fashion trends revolve around animal inspired clothes, tracksuits and even some denim on denim action, with a few more dressed-up looks for special occasions.
This category of the collection offers kids fashion inspired in the adult Spring and Summer Collection. Some of the pieces resemble one another, while others are practically identical. This is a great way for parents and their kids to match on special occasions, since most of this collection features formal clothing, with the exception of a few tracksuits, jerseys and some lighter clothing.
The new accessories in the Spring and Summer Collection range from flower printed cotton bands and baseball caps to classic bowties and belts and even a few mini designer bags and backpacks to style up your kids. There’s also a variety of shoes, from classic sandals and sneakers to a kid’s version of the iconic slippers and “sock shoes”.
