The Pombia municipality, where Pombia Safari Park is located, is an hour’s drive from Milan. More than 110 different animal species call it home, some of which are endangered. Here, they have a chance to revive their population in settings as natural as possible. Along with frogs, insects, fish, reptiles, and birds, the occupants include tigers, zebras, white rhinos, lions, lemurs, hippos, giraffes, elephants, antelopes, and bison. The Gardaland Resort also features a LEGOLAND water park. It features a sizable playground with slides, an artificial river for rafting, a DUPLO area for young children, a dry fountain, and Miniland, which features scaled-down Italian landmarks.
In 2013, Milan created a museum that is exclusively for kids. It is actually more than 1,000 m2 of play and learning space where you can unrestrictedly express your creativity in labs and attend workshops and exhibitions.
